The Litany of Fear*

Fear!
I must not fear.
Fear is that little death
Inside us all
That brings total
Obliteration.
I will face my fear and
let it pass through me.
I will turn the inner eye
To see its path.
Where it has been
There will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

So what is fear? As far as I can tell there are only two innate or hard wired fears; fear of heights and fear of sudden loud noises. Otherewise all other fears are learned. There base seems, to me, to be the illusion of not enough. Not enough food. Not enough love. Not enough respect. Not enough life. Not enough____.
From my pont of view there is only One (see previous blog). And there is only Now, which I plan to discuss next week. So, if there is only One and only Now how can there not be enough of anything?

Yet Another Creation Myth*

That which Is is all there is and there is nothing else.
And that which Is contemplates Itself, as there is nothing else to contemplate.
That which Is says unto Itself...
I am...I am...I am...
The Light.
I am...I am...I am...
Pure Joy.
I am...I am...I am...
Full of wonder.
But, what does that mean?
How does that feel?
I am...I am...I am...
WOW! What an idea!
In that istant of the great now that which Is devides Itself infinitely.
All the little sparks of that which Is say...
I am...I am...I am...
The Light.
I am...I am...I am...
Pure Joy.
But what does that mean?
How does that feel?
That which Is smiles and creates infinite universes
Populating them with the sparks that want to Know.
"Mother/Father where are You?
It is so..dark.
It is so..cold "
It is ok My children I have not left you, nor you Me.
Your are dreaming and in those dreams you can be/experience..
Anything and everything. You can be a god and a worm.
The hero and the villian. Know sickness and health.
So go play and have fun or not.
You can come home at any time. I'll leave the porch light on.
